Brief, Focused Custody Evaluations

A Rapid Response Evaluation is a brief Custody Evaluation for focused issues, temporary orders, or non-complicated cases in which parents want expert input into their decision-making on custody disputes.

Procedures include a phone conference with attorneys to define the focus of the evaluation and interviews and interaction sessions with all family members and household members, usually done on one day. Usually collateral telephone interviews are conducted as well.

A short written report is produced within two (2) weeks and there can be, if requested, a telephone conference with attorneys to report results. By arrangement, there can be a telephone conference with the court.
